Hydrate Strategically During Non-Fasting Hours

Avoid drinking a huge amount of water all at once at Iftar. Instead, follow the Sunnah by breaking your fast with a few dates and water, then drink regularly throughout the evening. Aim for at least 8-10 cups by having 2-3 cups at Iftar, several cups before bedtime, and 2-3 cups at Suhoor. Incorporate hydrating foods like cucumbers, watermelon, and soups. Limit salty, spicy, and caffeinated drinks at Suhoor, as they can increase thirst during the fast.
